This 17-lot development is located at The Gardens, Manurewa and is being delivered for Kainga Ora by a private developer. K2 Consultants Ltd were engaged as the preferred engineering consultants to deliver the civil design package from Resource Consent to Engineering Approval. K2 Consultants also undertook construction monitoring of this development including all engineering signoffs and collation of 224c documents.
