This 18-lot development is located in Papatoetoe and is being delivered for Kainga Ora by a private developer. K2 Consultants got on board early in the project and assisted the developer in resolving the wastewater issue on site. K2 worked closely with the architects to finalise the layout and establish floor levels that minimise earthworks volumes. K2 Consultants was responsible for selecting the drainlayer and earthworks contractor as well as overseeing all civil works till the signoff stage.
