This 7-lot development is located in Papatoetoe. K2 Consultants were engaged as civil and structural engineers for the project. K2 is also responsible for project managing the subdivision stage that includes provision of public drainage, earthworks, common accessways, services and foundation. K2 also engages with utility providers Chorus and Vector to provide telecommunication and power connections to each lot.

This 16-lot development is located in Ranui and is being delivered for Kainga Ora by a private developer. K2 Consultants got on board early in the project and assisted the developer in resolving the stormwater issue with the previous layout with a different consultant. K2 Consultants was responsible for selecting the drainlayer and earthworks contractor as well as overseeing all civil works till the signoff stage.

This 10-lot development is located in Manurewa is being delivered for a private developer. K2 Consultants were engaged as the preferred engineering consultants to deliver the Engineering Plan Approval and Building Consent Design packages. K2 Consultants also undertook construction monitoring of this development including all engineering signoffs and collation of 224c documents.

This 9-lot development comprising of three-storey units is located in Te Papapa. K2 Consultants were engaged as the structural engineers to deliver the Building Consent design for the project. K2 Consultants recommended layout changes to the architect to provide a more cost-effective structural design while still maintaining the overall project objectives.

This 11-lot development comprising of two and three-storey units is located in Glen Eden. K2 Consultants were engaged as the preferred engineering consultants to deliver the Engineering Plan Approval and Building Consent Design packages. K2 Consultants also undertook construction monitoring of this development including all engineering signoffs and collation of 224c documents.

This 18-lot development comprising of two and three-storey units is located in Te Atatu South. K2 Consultants were engaged as the structural engineers to deliver the Building Consent design for the project. K2 Consultants recommended layout changes to the architect to provide a more cost-effective structural design while still maintaining the overall project objectives.

This is 35-lot development situated at Browns Bay, Auckland. K2 Consultants were engaged as the civil engineering consultants to deliver the civil design package from Resource Consent to Engineering Approval. K2 Consultants worked closely with the architects, going through several iterations, to adopt a layout that achieves a compliant design from both civil and architectural perspective. K2 prepared Stormwater Management Plans, Construction Methodology statements, Stormwater Treatment designs to support the RC application. At the Building Consent Stage, K2 is working closely with the architect and structural engineer to optimise the design to reduce overall project costs
