Design Management

  • Organise design team including architect, planner, surveyor, traffic and geotech engineers and all other specialists required for consenting.
  • Manage the design and consenting process to ensure all consents are obtained in a timely manner
  • Act as a conduit between the client and specialists to ensure all client requirements are met
  • Provide advice around current market trends to tailor builds to suit end buyer

Construction

  • Manage subdivsion and build stage to obtain 224c and ccc
  • Arrange contractor quotes and prepare programme for construction
  • Site reporting and management to ensure timelines are met
  • Prepare feasibility reports, cost to complete and drawdown schedules to satisfy QS and lender requirements
  • Process claims and variations

CCC

  • Organise and manage council inspections
  • Collate inspection notes, organise signoff letters and producer statements from all lbps
  • Apply for code of compliance certiicate (CCC)
